A vacancy as arisen in the Major Projects team for a Project Manager/Surveyor.
The Major Projects Team is responsible for achieving the sale and installation of ceiling track hoists into Hospitals, Schools and Long Term Care establishments.
Duties:
- Prepare and submit quotations for minor works from plans and site visits
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions for major contracts
- Create and carry out project work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identify resources needed, labour, components and plant
- Manage day to day operational aspects of project
- Attend site meetings as required
- Prepare weekly internal progress report
- Ensure internal /external documents are completed in a timely and accurate manner and stored appropriately
- Prepare and issue method statements and risk assessments and complete O&M manuals
