
The Customer Service Department is divided into three entities:
The Helpdesk
The Helpdesk team take all incoming calls to customer services, including general enquiries, direct sales, brochure requests, price enquiries, returns, customer feedback and booking appointments with surveyors.
Processing
The processing team produce quotations from a surveyors site notes. The team also process orders for both installed (ceiling track hoists) and non installed products (shower chairs and slings).
AfterCare
This team deal with extended warranty, service contracts, planned maintenance and repair calls on all products supported by Westholme.
